What Happens After You Purchase?

Step 1 — Order Confirmation

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from RetroDaddy Gaming containing your order number and mail-in instructions.

Step 2 — Package Your Discs

Safely package your discs using:

• jewel cases,
• sleeves,
• bubble wrap,
• or protective packaging.

Please include:

• your order number,
• return shipping address,
• and contact information inside the package.

Tracking is strongly recommended.

Step 3 — Ship Your Discs

Mail your discs to the address provided in your confirmation instructions.

Once your package arrives, your order enters our restoration queue.

Step 4 — Professional Disc Restoration

Every disc is:
✔ Carefully inspected
✔ Professionally resurfaced using our commercial-grade ELM Eco Smart system
✔ Quality checked after restoration
✔ Securely repackaged for return shipping

Step 5 — Return Shipping

Once your restoration is complete, your discs will be securely shipped back to you.

Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days after arrival depending on order size and workload.

Important Notes

• Cracked discs cannot be repaired.
• Label-side damage may be permanent.
• Extremely deep scratches may have limited recovery potential.
• If a disc cannot be successfully restored after resurfacing attempts, you will not be charged for the resurfacing service.
